- Material selection:
- Fabric: Oxford embryo fabric is processed by relaxation, alkali content, dyeing, anti-static, coating and other post-treatment processes, which makes the fabric have the functional advantages of soft feel, strong vertical texture, good water resistance, good durability and so on. Special dyestuff and dyeing process make the fabric full of luster and visual effect, better reflective effect
Oxford cloth: waterproof, moisture permeable, windproof, warm is its main function. Waterproof Oxford cloth encounter rain, water will slide down, the surface of the water only need to gently wipe the water traces on the surface, will not penetrate into the internal (lotus effect: such as water droplets on the lotus leaf).
Fluorescent Oxford cloth is mainly divided into four colors: fluorescent yellow, orange, red and green. After fluorescent dyeing or coating finishing, Oxford cloth has good color fastness to washing, environmental protection and breathable, and has a strong visual effect. It is bright in color and has a strong reflection of light in the dark, to play a good warning and safety prevention role. Fluorescent Oxford cloth is used for safety warning, such as traffic, traffic police high vis clothing, sanitation workers clothing, sea rescue equipment, etc. In addition to Oxford cloth, we will also use fabrics such as Taslon or quadruple elastic compound fleece to meet the wearing needs of different users in different scenes.
- Reflective strip: Reflective strip is a common safety device that can reflect ambient light at night and thus serve as a warning to pedestrians and drivers. Reflective strip according to the different material can be divided into: reflective ribbon, reflective lattice, reflective cloth reflective strip, etc., is widely used in reflective vest, reflective work clothes, labor protection clothing, bags, shoes, umbrellas, raincoats and so on.
We use 3M brand reflective strip, and widely used in BOWINS high visibility clothing.3M™ ScotchLite™ reflective material is a great way to design high visibility clothing products that improve the visibility of the wearer. Scotchlite reflective material – Fabric is made of wide-angle, exposed retroreflective glass beads bonded to a variety of durable fabric backing bases. They can be easily stitched onto other fabrics and can be embroidered or silk-printed to create patches or badges.It can be cut by hand, punched, slotted or broken. BOWINS most often uses 3M 8906,9910,9910 reflective materials. It is certified to the latest edition of ANSI/ISEA 107 and CSA Z96 High Visibility Protective Wear Standards.
