1.Design Stage
In the initial stage, we will communicate our opinions in detail with customers. The customer may ask us to place the heating element in a position he thinks reasonable, or he may ask us to place different quantities of heating elements, etc. The heating element, size and position are also customized. Our designers will make a design sketch according to the customer’s requirements, and discuss with our technicians whether the design is completely reasonable.
After continuous communication and modification with customers, we will confirm the final design.
2.Samplemaking stage
A good design needs to be checked by samples. We will make 1 to 2 sets of samples according to the design sketch confirmed by the customer. The finished battery heated clothes will be delivered to the customer to check the details and test the fitting. After the customer proposes to modify, we will communicate in detail and improve the design and manufacture the sample again for the customer.
3.Bulk Production stage
- Fabric and accessories preparation
After the final design and quotation of battery heated clothing were confirmed, the customer will place the final order to us and pay the advance payment.
After receiving the advance payment, we will order the required high-quality fabrics and accessories. Regarding the heating module raw materials, the manufacturer will conduct a full inspection before leaving their factory.
- Fabric and accessories inspection
After we accepted the fabric and accessories, we will test the fabric’s many specifications such as weight, color, fastness, construction fastness, etc.
After the heating module is arrived, we will conduct all the tests to ensure that all accessories for our heated clothes are working and safe.
By detecting the current and voltage, the heating elements can be ensured to work normally.
The water washing test ensures that the heating elements can withstand water washing and will not be damaged. About the heating module, we can ensure that it can work normally after washing 30 times.
The key point is that we inspect the above two tests completely, which can ensure that our products are authentic heated clothes and will never become ordinary clothes.
3.3 Battery Headed Clothes Production
After heated clothes are precisely tailored, they will use simple lines to mark the positioning of the heating panels and the wire channel. These marks can ensure that the sewing needle will not damage the heating panels and the wire during the sewing of the heated clothes. The exposed marks will be cleaned up after the heating jackets. The quality control department will check the details of the heated garment production in the early and mid-term.
According to different order quantities, the sewing workers spend the production cycle of 1 to 2 months to finish the bulk production of heated clothes. We will fully check the heating function of the heated clothes again to ensure that the products sent from our factory are of high quality.
The heating function of the finished heated clothes is ensured in perfect function, the quality control group of our production line will go on a normal inspection, and the heated clothes including thread ends, marks, ironing wrinkles, etc. should be carefully treated to reach the quality requirements.
